Overall good BUT

Quality is great - both the cap and the embroidery. However I expected that either California or CA would be included in the embroidery and it wasn't! A little disappointed.

My husband’s last name is Spear. Last year, I bought him a Spearfish (North Dakota) hat from Merch Town, and he wears is nearly every day. He is also a fisherman. This is a guy who is very particular about his hats, and hard to buy for! So, when I saw that there’s a Spearman (Texas) hat, it was a no-brainer to buy one. An over the top great experience!

Excellent service!! I bought my out of state brother a hat. After a fair amount of time , and my brother had not received it, I contacted Merck. Victor told me they would send another hat , and that it would be free. As if this wasn’t nice enough, a few days later my brother received a second hat. When, I contacted Merck again, Victor's response was, Well, now your brother has 2 free hats. How generous is this!! Please support this great business!
