As each piece is uniquely personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is something wrong with the product you purchased. Here’s our hassle-free exchange and return policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To ensure a swift resolution, kindly provide us with a photograph of the issue. Once we verify the problem was due to a printing error or shipping mishap, we’ll gladly reprint and reship the item to you at absolutely no cost. No need to return the damaged item to us; feel free to repurpose it creatively or gift it to someone special.
- Incorrectly Sized Apparel: Should you receive an item with the wrong size, we’ll be more than happy to replace it for you, free of charge. This policy also extends to gift items. Just return the incorrectly sized merchandise to the following address:

Please note that we accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the order. While we don’t cover the return shipping cost for missized items or provide return labels, we suggest opting for a mailing service with tracking, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to ensure a smooth return process.
To qualify for a return, ensure that the item(s) are unused and unwashed, with all tags and stickers intact, and in their original packaging with the packing slip. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll carefully inspect them, and you’ll be notified via email about the acceptance or rejection of your return. Please keep in mind that if your return is rejected, we won’t be able to reship the order.
- One-Time Exchange Policy: We allow one exchange for each order. If you receive the replacement and it still doesn’t fit, we’re unable to process another exchange.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, usually within 6-9 business days, sometimes we might experience longer-than-usual shipping times. Regrettably, we can’t guarantee specific delivery times or offer refunds for delayed shipments, including orders already in production for printing.
- What Happens to Returned Items: As our products are tailor-made for you, we cannot resell any returned merchandise. Instead, we believe in giving back to the community by donating all returned items to reputable charities.
